Volunteer

Each and every week God is changing lives at Grace Place. But did you know that the stories of life change are only possible because of the volunteers that give of their time and energy to help make Grace Place possible? On a weekly basis, volunteers are needed at Celebration Sundays. Whether it’s holding a baby so a single mom can attend church and hear a powerful message, or being the smiling face someone meets upon their arrival to the venue for the first time, you are needed!

Volunteering at Grace Place is one simple and rewarding way to use the gifts and talents that God has uniquely given you!

Below are a few key areas where we are always looking for people to volunteer their time and talents!

Praise and Worship team

The praise and worship team leads the church in worshiping God through passionate words, loud music that lifts our voices in praises to God.

If you have the talent — you can sing, play an instrument (keyboards, drums, lead guitar, bass guitar or accoustic guitar) and has the passion for worship, we encourage you audition for the praise team.

Welcoming team

This team is Grace Place’s face. They are the first ones that you will see when someone attends Grace Place. They will give you a beautiful small and greet you upon entering the hall.

If you can smile — and I assume you do — be one of our welcomers.

Ushering team

Ushers put things in order inside the worship service. They are the ones that lead us into our seats and makes us feel comfortable where we are.

Pitstop team

The unsung heroes of Grace Place, the Pitstop team are the once that builds up and tear down all the equipments we see on Sundays — the lights, the sound system, the audio-visual tools. They are the first ones to arrive and last to leave.

Be one of our pitstop team member if you think you have the strength and the talent to organize electronic equipments.

Audio-visual team

The audio visual team controls what we see in front on Sundays — the projectors, the screens and the controls being done on our computers and switchboards.

Cafe Team

We want to treat our guests with special coffee and tea each time they arrive at Grace Place. Our cafe team gives them this “Starbucks” experience.
